  • During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen delays, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

  • You can use this link to check real-time updates from our delivery partner.


Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is undeliverable or refused, it will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. (Update this if you plan to expand internationally.)


Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at queentaraofficial@gmail.com with photos of the package and product.

  • We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Important Notes

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, delays due to external factors (weather, strikes, regional restrictions) are beyond our control.

  • Ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
