1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you enter your shipping and payment details, your order will be confirmed.
2. Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders easily and saves your details for faster checkout next time.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions across India.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and link. You can use this to check real-time updates from our courier partner.
6. What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Earrings and piercing products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged).

7. How do I initiate a return?
Write to us at queentaraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and issue. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
8. How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–30 working days to your original payment method.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we only exchange products if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us with your order details before sending the product back.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand to international shipping soon.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through our secure checkout.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
13. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product/package. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
