We want you to love every purchase from QueenTara. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and refund policy makes the process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received them.

Products should be returned in their original packaging.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and products with piercings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How to Return

We’ll share the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. You may use any courier of your choice.

For faster processing, we recommend sharing the tracking number with us once dispatched.
Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–30 working days.

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

Items returned not in original condition.

Products with missing parts not caused by our error.

Returns requested after the 7-day window, but within 30 days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at queentaraofficial@gmail.com before sending it back.
Refused Parcels
If delivery is refused without a valid reason, or after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, a reshipping/return charge of ₹100 will apply and be deducted from your refund.
Important Note
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns that don’t reach us without valid tracking.
